Disney DVD Shutterfly Promotion

Shutterfly.com
I don’t know if you’ve bought a Disney DVD recently, but if you have you’ll notice that nearly every DVD title is being sold for close to, if not less than $15. That’s a great deal by itself. But most of those DVDs also come with a Shutterfly.com coupon for up to 50 free prints! A $15 value by itself.

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has partnered with Shutterfly.com to give away $15 worth (over 50 photos) of online photo processing with post-holiday DVD purchases. Many of the titles are being sold for less than $15, which makes the photos practically free. That makes now a good time to fill those holes in your DVD collection!

A promotional coupon is attached to all sorts of great Disney DVDs like National Treasure, Sky High, Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl, The Princess Diaries, Little Einsteins and more. All of the titles are listed below the cut, along with participating retailers. There’s a good chance you already have a DVD with the coupon on your shelf right now.

Once you’ve bought a qualifying DVD, it’s super easy to use:

• Visit www.shutterfly.com and create a free account.
• Now go to www.shutterfly.com/disneydvd
• Enter the promo code from your coupon when prompted
• Free prints will then be credited to your account!

Digital Blue’s New Disney Cameras

Princessmoviemaker
The Disney brand continues to spread throughout the consumer market. Now a new line of digital cameras and camcorders aimed at ‘tweens’ is getting the Mickey Mouse treatment.

Products include the Pix-Click Micro (left, click to enlarge), an ultra-compact digital camera (CIF resolution); the larger Pix-Click Digital camera, with a 1-inch color screen (unusual for a kids’ camera) and VGA (640 by 480) resolution; the Pix-Max, a 3-megapixel camera with a 1.5-inch color LCD screen on which  you can view and enhance your photos with Disney images; and the Disney Princess Digital Movie Maker, a digital camcorder with 32MB of built-in memory and VGA resolution.

Shipping with the cameras will be Disney Pix, a kid-friendly editing software suite that lets you add animations, music, sound effects, Disney images, and more to your pictures and video. Shipdates start in early September. So get an early start on that holiday shopping. (via Gearlog)
